National Delivery (France) are shipped via Mondial Relay, La Poste Colissimo or Chronopost

International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS or Chronopost.

Delivery details

In general, products are normally shipped within the number of days shown in the product info, after receiving the paiement confirmation of the order. The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation. In case of any delay in delivery, we will inform by mail.

The delivery price is indicated during the ordering process. It depends on the customer’s choice and/or the location

During your order, make sure to fill all the informations that could make the delivery easy and fast (first name, name, address, apt number, zip code, state, country, specific jours, landline or mobile phone number …) In any case, if you realize after the process that you have made a mistake, please send us an email, with the details of your order, at :

After your order is packed, you will receive a shipment confirmation with the delivery details and a tracking number. Note that you can check the delivery status with your tracking number when you connect yourself to and “My Account”.

Note that if we are unable to deliver your order due to a wrong address or insufficient contact details, it will automatically be return to us. You will be informed by mail of the process to follow for the reshipping of your order.

Responsabilities is not responsible for customs delays neither any lost, damaged or stolen shipment in relation to customs and/or the shipping carrier.

The payment of the costs of reshipping the order following an error in the address which was communicated to us, and/or any claiming against the carrier, remain the responsibility of the customer.
